Cricket Network
Resources and contact information for Cricket Network users.
If you are having trouble with the Cricket Network app, please contact us and include the device you are using and a brief description of the issue.
info@videostreamip.comTry closing the app completely and reopening it. If the problem continues, restart your device. Make sure your device operating system and the Cricket Network app are updated to the latest available versions. If the app still will not open, uninstall and reinstall it from the App Store or Google Play.
Check your internet connection. A stable connection of at least 5 Mbps is recommended for standard video and 10 Mbps or more for HD. Try switching between Wi-Fi and cellular data to isolate the issue. Close other apps or browser tabs that may be using bandwidth.
Live stream availability depends on content rights and may vary by location. If a live event is not appearing or the stream is buffering, check your connection speed, close and reopen the app, and try again. Some events may require viewing through a broadcast partner rather than inside the app.
Replays are posted after events are processed and rights are confirmed. Posting times may vary. If a replay is not yet available, check back later. For playback issues, try closing and reopening the app or restarting your device.
If you cannot sign in, verify your email address and password. Use the password reset option if needed. If you created your account using Apple, Google, or another sign-in method, use the same method to sign in again. Contact support if you continue to have trouble accessing your account.
Cricket Network users can delete their account directly from within the mobile app. Open your profile/account area, select "Delete Account," and follow the on-screen confirmation steps. Deleting your account permanently removes the account subject to any information we are required or permitted to retain for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or other legitimate purposes. If you need assistance deleting your account, contact info@videostreamip.com. For privacy or data-rights questions, contact legal@videostreamip.com.
Make sure your phone or tablet and your TV or streaming device are on the same Wi-Fi network. Restart both devices and try casting again. Check that your streaming device firmware and the Cricket Network app are updated. If casting is not available for a specific piece of content, it may not be supported for that content type.
The in-app schedule reflects available programming. Not all matches or events may be available in the app due to rights restrictions. Schedule information is updated as broadcast details are confirmed. Check the schedule section of the app for the most current information.
If you encounter content that appears to be unavailable, mislabeled, or inappropriate, please contact us at the support email below with a description of the content and the issue.
