VideoStream Interactive Partners - Fans first. Teams always.
Stadium environment

Where every fan's a VIP.

Behind the digital rope — a private, AI-personalized experience for every fan, powered by your team, your data, your brand.

What VIP is

VideoStream Interactive Partners is the intelligence and experience partner behind the best team-branded fan experiences in sports. We integrate with the systems teams already use — ticketing, merchandise, mobile apps, ad platforms, and distribution partners — and add an optimization layer that unifies fan data across every touchpoint. The result: more personalized, more rewarding, behind-the-velvet-rope experiences that make every fan feel like a VIP, while creating measurable value for sponsors and stronger long-term performance for rights owners.

Today's fan experience is fragmented

Fans engage with teams across mobile apps, connected TV, ticketing platforms, merchandise stores, social media, and live game environments. Each touchpoint operates in isolation, creating disconnected experiences and incomplete data.

Teams lose visibility into fan behavior. Sponsors struggle to measure performance. Front offices manage too many vendors, platforms, and data silos. The result is friction for everyone — fans, teams, and brand partners.

Fragmented systems

VIP unifies data across fan touchpoints

We connect the systems teams already use and layer in intelligence that turns fragmented data into unified fan profiles. This enables teams to deliver personalized, VIP-caliber experiences at scale — whether a fan is watching on TV, buying merchandise, attending a game, or engaging on mobile.

One fan, one profile

Built by experienced operators

VIP is built by a team with deep experience in media technology, sports operations, and digital transformation. We understand the business of sports because we've operated in it — from league offices to team front offices to media and technology companies.

We know what works, what doesn't, and how to deliver technology that serves the business, not the other way around.

Meet the Team

From the operator's desk

The sports streaming landscape is more fragmented than it has ever been. A rights holder who wants to reach fans directly must simultaneously manage live delivery to mobile devices, connected TV platforms, and web browsers — each with its own technical requirements, its own app-store relationships, and its own viewer expectations. The operational complexity is real, and it compounds quickly when live events are involved.

Live-event reliability is the non-negotiable. A buffering event during a game-winning play is noticed immediately and remembered. The infrastructure decisions made before launch — CDN architecture, encoding configuration, failover design — determine whether the product delivers when it matters most. These are not decisions that can be revisited easily after launch.

Metadata is the connective tissue that most operators underestimate. Wrong start times, inconsistent team names, missing artwork, and replay availability failures are all metadata problems — and they are all visible to every viewer. A product that delivers technically but fails on metadata feels broken, because from the viewer's perspective, it is.

Personalization is where the long-term value is built. A fan who opens an app and immediately sees their team's upcoming game, current score, and recent highlights is more likely to return than a fan who has to search for what they care about. Favorite-team personalization is not a premium feature — it is a baseline expectation for a sports product.

Advertising in live sports is technically harder than advertising in any other streaming context. The combination of unpredictable ad break timing, real-time ad decisioning, and the high viewer expectations that come with sports creates a set of challenges that require purpose-built infrastructure. A server-side ad insertion system that works well in VOD may fail under the latency constraints of a live event.

Distribution complexity is the reality that no rights holder fully anticipates until they are in it. Managing apps across iOS, Android, Android TV, Roku, Apple TV, and Amazon Fire TV — each with its own submission process, its own review criteria, and its own update cadence — is a significant ongoing operational commitment. The teams that do it well are the ones that treat it as a discipline, not an afterthought.
