Terms of Use

Cricket Network is operated by VideoStream Interactive Partners, Inc. ("VIP," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Cricket Network mobile applications, connected-TV applications, websites, video players, software, features, content, communications, and related services that link to or display these Terms (collectively, the "Service").

The Service may include live cricket events, replays, highlights, interviews, shoulder programming, schedules, scores, statistics, team and player information, notifications, advertisements, sponsorship messages, community or interactive features, and other cricket-related content and functionality.

These Terms apply wherever the Service is made available, subject to local law, content-rights restrictions, platform rules, and any additional terms presented for a specific feature, event, promotion, contest, or product.

By using the Service, creating an account, clicking "I agree," or continuing to use the Service after these Terms are posted, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the Service, content rights, law, technology, business practices, app-store requirements, or security needs. If we make material changes, we will provide notice by posting the updated Terms in the Service, emailing you if we have your email address, or using another reasonable method. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.

Customer support representatives are not authorized to modify these Terms orally or in writing.

You must be at least the age of majority in your place of residence to create an account, purchase any paid product if offered, or enter into these Terms on your own behalf. If you are under the age of majority, you may use the Service only with involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.

The Service is not directed to children under 13 in the United States or to children below the minimum age required by applicable law in other jurisdictions. We do not knowingly seek to collect personal information from children below those age thresholds.

Some parts of the Service may require or allow you to create an account or sign in using email, Apple, Google, social sign-in, or another authorized authentication method. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it updated.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You may not impersonate another person, misrepresent your affiliation, use another person's credentials, or create accounts through automated or deceptive means.
• You must promptly notify us at info@videostreamip.com if you believe your account or credentials have been compromised.
• We may suspend, restrict, or terminate an account or access if we reasonably believe there has been unauthorized access, fraud, abuse, a violation of these Terms, or a legal or security risk.

Cricket rights are territorial and may depend on agreements with leagues, teams, event organizers, broadcasters, sponsors, platform partners, and other rights holders. Content availability may vary by country, region, device, platform, time, league, event, user status, and applicable law. We do not guarantee that any particular match, replay, highlight, team, player, feed, language, feature, or item of content will be available at any particular time or in any particular location.

The Service may use IP address, device information, account information, GPS or precise location if you grant permission, and other technologies to determine content availability, enforce blackouts, satisfy licensing obligations, prevent fraud, and protect the Service. You may not use a VPN, proxy, location-spoofing tool, unauthorized device modification, or other method to evade territorial restrictions, blackouts, access controls, or security measures.

Live content may be delayed, suspended, interrupted, modified, or unavailable because of production decisions, rights restrictions, weather, venue conditions, event cancellations, technical issues, internet congestion, government orders, or other circumstances beyond our control.

The Service may include content available without payment, content supported by advertising or sponsorship, and, if offered, paid products, event passes, subscriptions, merchandise links, donations, promotions, or other paid features. Unless a paid product is clearly presented to you before purchase, use of the Service does not require you to buy a subscription.

If we offer paid features, the applicable price, taxes, billing cycle, renewal terms, cancellation process, refund policy, and special conditions will be disclosed before purchase. Purchases through Apple, Google, Roku, Amazon, or another app store or third-party platform are also governed by that platform's terms, billing rules, refund rules, and cancellation processes.

Advertising-supported portions of the Service may include commercials, sponsorships, branded content, product placements, promotional messaging, affiliate links, or other advertising. You may not block, remove, obscure, bypass, or interfere with advertising, sponsorship messaging, measurement, or ad-delivery systems in the Service.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Service and to stream or view content made available through the Service solely for your personal, private, non-commercial entertainment and informational use.

No ownership rights are transferred to you. The Service and all content, software, design, video players, interfaces, graphics, logos, audio, video, statistics, text, data, and other materials are owned by or licensed to VIP, Cricket Network, leagues, teams, event organizers, athletes, broadcasters, sponsors, licensors, or other rights holders.

• You may not copy, record, capture, archive, distribute, publish, display, perform, rebroadcast, retransmit, sell, license, sublicense, or otherwise exploit any part of the Service or content except as expressly allowed by the Service.
• You may not use the Service or content in a bar, restaurant, club, theater, school, arena, business, public venue, watch party, paid event, or other public performance without prior written authorization.
• You may not circumvent digital rights management, access controls, territorial restrictions, blackouts, advertising technology, security measures, or content-protection systems.
• You may not scrape, crawl, data-mine, index, extract, train AI models on, reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the Service, its software, video player, SDKs, DRM, or technology.
• You may not use the Service for illegal gambling, illegal betting, match manipulation, fraud, money laundering, illegal sweepstakes, harassment, malware, spam, impersonation, or any unlawful activity.

Cricket Network, the Cricket Network logos, VIP names and logos, and related branding are owned by VIP or its licensors. League, team, player, venue, sponsor, broadcaster, and event names, logos, uniforms, imagery, statistics, and other materials may be owned by their respective rights holders. You may not use any of these marks or materials except as they appear within the Service for your permitted personal use.

The Service may contain links, integrations, advertisements, embedded players, sign-in tools, payment tools, ticketing links, merchandise links, social features, or other services provided by third parties. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services, products, content, pricing, refund policies, ticket availability, merchandise fulfillment, or privacy practices.

Your use of app stores and device platforms, including Apple App Store, Google Play, Roku, Amazon, Samsung, LG, or other platforms, may be subject to additional terms from those platforms.

The Service may allow you to submit, upload, post, display, transmit, vote, comment, chat, message, send feedback, participate in polls, contests, watch-alongs, predictions, fantasy-style features, or other interactive experiences ("User Content"). You are solely responsible for your User Content and must have all rights necessary to submit it.

You may not submit User Content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, abusive, hateful, discriminatory, threatening, harassing, violent, misleading, deceptive, invasive of privacy, exploitative of minors, promotional without permission, spam, malware, or otherwise objectionable.

By submitting User Content, you grant VIP and its affiliates, service providers, business partners, successors, and licensees a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, transferable license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, publicly perform, publicly display, create derivative works from, and otherwise exploit the User Content in connection with operating, improving, promoting, and providing the Service and related products and services, subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

We may moderate, remove, refuse, edit, disable access to, or preserve User Content where we believe it violates these Terms, applicable law, platform rules, event integrity, safety, or the rights of others. If you submit feedback, suggestions, ideas, improvements, or concepts, you agree that we may use them without restriction or compensation to you.

The Service may offer contests, promotions, sweepstakes, rewards, loyalty features, trivia, polls, predictions, or similar activities. These may be subject to separate official rules, eligibility requirements, geographic restrictions, entry deadlines, odds, prize details, tax obligations, and other conditions.

Unless expressly stated in official rules and permitted by law, no feature in the Service is intended to be gambling, betting, or a game of chance requiring consideration. You may not use the Service for unlawful betting, wagering, gaming, or match-integrity abuse.

You consent to receive Service-related electronic communications from us, including by email, in-app messages, push notifications, or other digital means. These communications may include account notices, security notices, legal notices, changes to the Service, event alerts, and support messages. You may opt out of marketing communications where required by law, but you may still receive non-marketing transactional or Service-related messages.

Mobile carriers, internet providers, and device platforms may charge data, messaging, roaming, or other fees. You are responsible for those charges.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information in connection with the Service. Privacy questions and privacy-rights requests may be sent to legal@videostreamip.com.

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe material available through the Service infringes your copyright, you may send a notice to legal@videostreamip.com. Please include your signature, identification of the copyrighted work, identification of the allegedly infringing material, contact information, a good-faith statement, and a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act.

We may remove or disable access to material alleged to infringe and may suspend or terminate repeat infringers where appropriate.

The service and all content are provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, VIP disclaims all warranties, express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, security, compatibility, and error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VIP and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, service providers, licensors, and partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, business interruption, device damage, or content unavailability arising from or related to the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for all claims arising from or related to the service or these terms will not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid directly to VIP for the service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some limitations may not apply to you.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless VIP and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, service providers, licensors, and partners from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your misuse of the Service, your User Content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.

Please contact us first at legal@videostreamip.com so we can try to resolve any dispute informally. If a dispute is not resolved informally, you and VIP agree that, to the maximum extent permitted by law, disputes arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms will be resolved by individual binding arbitration rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court if eligible and either party may seek injunctive relief for intellectual property, security, or unauthorized access matters.

You and VIP waive any right to a jury trial and agree not to bring or participate in a class action, collective action, consolidated action, private attorney general action, or representative proceeding to the extent permitted by law. Arbitration will be conducted by a neutral arbitrator under the rules of a nationally recognized arbitration provider selected by VIP unless applicable law requires otherwise. The Federal Arbitration Act governs the interpretation and enforcement of this arbitration provision.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where local consumer law requires otherwise.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate all or part of the Service, your account, or your access at any time where we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created risk, engaged in unlawful activity, infringed rights, abused the Service, or where required by law, rights restrictions, platform rules, or security needs. You may stop using the Service at any time.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership, license restrictions, privacy, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, dispute resolution, and general provisions.
